JoAnn M. Bourne is senior executive vice president of Global Treasury Management for UnionBanCal Corporation and its primary subsidiary, Union Bank, N.A. Ms. Bourne is responsible for managing commercial deposit relationships and treasury management for all companies with annual sales above $2 million in business banking to the large corporate markets, and specialty industries such as real estate deposits, government, financial institutions, not-for-profits, labor and bankruptcy services. Inclusive with the business lines above, Ms. Bourne manages Global Treasury Management with responsibility for E-Business Solutions, Global Treasury Sales and Product Management & Development.
As part of her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Bourne serves as a member of the banks executive committee, which functions as Union Banks primary policy-making body.
Ms. Bourne also leads a joint initiative with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (BTMU) to provide global deposit and cash management services for multi-national companies. UnionBanCal is a wholly owned subsidiary of BTMU, which is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, one of the worlds largest financial organizations.
Prior to Ms. Bournes current position, she served as executive vice president and group head for the Commercial Banking Group, which included commercial loans, commercial finance, commercial products such as foreign exchange, investments, interest rate protection and trade finance, commercial mortgages and investor properties.
US Banker Magazine named Ms. Bourne one of the 25 Women to Watch in the financial-services industry in 2010, 2005 and 2004. In 2011 Ms. Bourne was selected by US Banker Magazine as one of the top 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking. In 2006, the National Association of Women Business Owners named Union Bank, represented by Ms. Bourne, as the Corporate Partner of the Year.
Ms. Bourne serves on the board of directors of PayCo (The Clearing House Company and the Union Bank Foundation. She and her husband reside in Los Angeles, California, with their two sons. |

Naomi Gendler Camper is Managing Director and head of Federal Government Relations at JPMorgan Chase. She joined the firms Federal Government Relations team in 2005.
Immediately prior to joining JPMC, Ms. Camper was the Minority Staff Director of the Senate Subcommittee on Financial Institutions for Senator Tim Johnson (D-SD). Ms. Camper has also practiced tax and financial services law at the Washington law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, and was associate tax counsel at the Investment Company Institute.
Ms. Camper holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. from Columbia University. She is a native of Andover, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Chevy Chase,
Maryland, with her husband and three young children. |

Melanie J. Dressel was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Bank, the sole commercial banking subsidiary of Columbia Banking System, Inc. in January 2000, and has served as CEO of Columbia Banking System, Inc. (COLB) since February of 2003. Columbia Banking System, Inc. is the holding company for Columbia State Bank, headquartered in Tacoma, Washington, with over 102 branches in Washington and Oregon. Columbia State Bank also does business under the Bank of Astoria name.
Dressel joined Columbia Bank in 1993, at the beginning of the Companys major expansion into Tacoma/Pierce County, as senior vice president of private banking. In May 1997, Dressel was promoted to executive vice president of retail banking where she directed the operations, investments, private banking and marketing/communications divisions of Columbia Bank, as well as the branch network.
Prior to Columbia, Dressel directed the private banking division of Puget Sound Bank. Between 1974 and 1988, she held various positions with the Bank of California.
Ms. Dressel is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science. She is a member on the Boards of The American Bankers Association, Puget Sound Energy, Inc., Executive Council for a Greater Tacoma (past Chair), Washington Bankers Association (past Chair), Washington Roundtable, the ArtsFund and the Washington State Historical Society (Treasurer). She also serves as the Vice Chair of the American Bankers Association Grassroots Committee. In the past she served as Board member of Foss Waterway Development Authority. She further served as Chair of the Boards of Mary Bridge Childrens Foundation, Bellarmine Preparatory School and Tacoma/Pierce County Chamber of Commerce. She serves on numerous committees in relation to those organizations, and is a member of the Greater Metro Parks Foundation Zina Linnick Project Steering Committee. She was the 2003 Campaign Chair for United Way of Pierce County, and the 2006 Campaign Chair for the Go Red for Women Committee of the American Heart Association. She was recently named for the fourth time as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by American Banker Magazine. Dressels past volunteer activities include serving on the board and executive committees for the Tacoma Art Museum and the United Way of Pierce County. |

Kimberly Fitch, Ph.D.

Kimberly Fitch, Ph.D., is a Client Service Manager for Gallup. Dr. Fitch is responsible for managing client engagements that encompass all Gallup practice areas, including employee and customer engagement, strengths-based development, selection, leadership development and succession planning, and wellbeing. She supports clients primarily in the government, financial services, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. Dr. Fitch works closely with client organizations to design customer-centric approaches that solve key business problems and create a positive impact on retention, productivity, profitability, and safety.
Dr. Fitch has an extensive background in survey research and consulting. She has consulted with firms across many business sectors, having worked on staff at Gap International, Educational Testing Service, and Swiss Re. She has led teams of survey developers focused on creating leading-edge assessments for public and private sector clients.
Prior to joining Gallup, Dr. Fitch taught political science courses at American University in Washington, D.C. and the University of Pennsylvania. She is the recipient of several research and teaching awards, including a Fulbright Fellowship to research public utility privatization in Europe, and she has written book chapters and journal articles based on her Fulbright research. Dr. Fitch has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Germany.
Dr. Fitch received her bachelors degree from Cornell University in government and international relations and her masters and doctorate degrees in political science from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Political Science Association and has presented research at many industry conferences. |

Mary Lynn D. Lenz

Mary Lynn D. Lenz assumed her position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Business Bank in March 2009, and since that time has led Professional Business Bank through an historic national banking crisis, overseen the strategic repositioning of the bank's lending portfolio, and helped to strengthen the bank's financial position through the December 2010 merger with Pasadena-based California General Bank.
Ms. Lenz has more than 35 years of experience in commercial and community banking. Before taking her position at Professional Business Bank, Ms. Lenz served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Massachusetts-based Slade's Ferry Bancorp previous to the bank's acquisition by Independent Bank Corp. in 2008.
Prior to leading Slade's Ferry Bancorp, she was Executive Vice President of retail banking for Citizens Bank of Massachusetts, a wholly-owned subsidiary of $164 billion Royal Bank of Scotland. She also served for 10 years at Cleveland-based Key Corp in a variety of leadership roles in small business banking, mortgage banking, and retail banking.
Mary Lynn Lenz is a recognized and active leader in retail and commercial banking with a long track record of success in the banking industry. She is a two-time recipient of the "25 Most Powerful Women in Banking Award" by US Banker magazine. Ms. Lenz has served as Board Director and Legislative Committee Chairman for the Massachusetts Bankers Association as well as a delegate to the Community Bankers Council for the American Bankers Association.
Ms. Lenz has an established commitment to community leadership and philanthropic involvement. She currently sits on the Board of Directors, finance and marketing committees of Pasadena-based nonprofit MUSE/IQUE. She was Founder and Chairman for Leadership SouthCoast, a program that cultivates business and civic leadership throughout the South Coast region of Massachusetts. Ms. Lenz has held Board Director and Campaign Chair positions with United Way of Fall River and the American Heart Association. She has also served as Advisory Board Chairman to the Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University and as investment committee member for the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Foundation. Her service also includes a position as Board Trustee for Saint Anne's Hospital in Fall River, and a volunteer and fundraiser for the Harris Foundation for Eating Disorders.
Recent accolades include finalist for the Pasadena Star-News "Jewels of Pasadena, Women of Distinction" Awards, nomination for the LA Business Journal 2011 "Women Making a Difference" Awards, a feature in Pasadena Magazine's "Women in Business" edition, and THE Magazine's annual edition of "50 Fabulous Women of Influence".

LeeAnne B. Linderman is Executive Vice President of Zions Bank's Retail Branch Banking Division, responsible for a network of over 134 branch offices in Utah and Idaho. She also directs the Retail Sales Administration, Consumer Lending, Branch Operations, Youth Markets, Diverse Markets, and Executive Banking departments. Prior to joining Zions Bank in 1992, she was a Preferred Banking Officer in Los Angeles for Bank of America. She held management positions at retail department stores in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania prior to entering the banking industry.
LeeAnne served as the first-ever female chair of the Utah Bankers Association from June 2008 to June 2009. She has ranked among the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking in U.S. Banker magazine in 2004, 2009 and 2010. She has received awards from Utah Business magazine, the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Utah Commission for Women and Families.
A native of Michigan, Linderman graduated from Auburn University, the Pacific Coast Banking School, and the International Women's Forum Fellows Global Leadership program in conjunction with the Harvard Business School and the Judge School of Business at Cambridge University. She is a past member of the American Bankers Association's political action committee and is past-chairperson of the Utah board of the American Institute of Banking. Active in the community, she has served or currently serves on boards for several organizations, including: the Urban Central Region of Intermountain Healthcare, the Women's Philanthropic Network for the United Way of Greater Salt Lake, the Utah Food Bank, the American Heart Association of Salt Lake and Salt Lake Neighborhood Housing Services.
