Kirk Saari is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Retail & Business Banking practice. Based in New York, he has led numerous engagements primarily for North American clients across all of the firm’s practice areas. His project work focuses on advising corporate and commercial banking clients on issues ranging from tactical process optimization, product and segment strategy development, and organizational change.
In addition to client work, Kirk has co-authored various articles and has spoken at industry events including the IACPM and BAI Retail Delivery. His most recent publications include “Improving commercial loan pricing: A market-based approach using AFS’ Market Practice Database” and “Commercial banking: competing for growth in 2012”. Mr. Saari graduated with an AB degree magna cum laude in Economics from Princeton University.
