Ted Triplett is an expert in helping financial institutions build and deepen customer relationships. In his consultative role, he’s challenging conventional wisdom about what banks have always done - and helping them implement new ways to be more profitable.
He is passionate about helping financial institutions develop effective strategies to improve their performance and increase overall efficiency. Ted enjoys sharing his knowledge, experience and expertise with bankers around the country - discussing the latest trends and information that can positively impact their bank’s bottom line.
A sought-after presenter on the national and state level, Ted has presented to a wide range of audiences including bank presidents, C-level executives, marketing executives and retail managers.
He speaks regularly for the American Bankers Association (ABA) and American Banker. He has presented several times at the ABA Bank Marketing Conference. In 2013, Ted spoke at the ABA National Conference for Community Bankers. The premier event for community bankers, the conference draws more than 300 community bank CEOs and decision-makers. In the past year, Ted also presented at the Banking Analytics Symposium and Small Business Banking Conference presented by American Banker.
At the state level, Ted has spoken for the bank associations of 19 states - a number that continues to grow, along with demand for his services.
Ted has conducted phone briefings for the ABA and served on the ABA Marketing Conference advisory board. He writes financial industry white papers and is a regular contributor and columnist for ABA Bank Marketing and Sales. He also has been published in The Kansas Banker, Michigan Banker and Texas Banking.
Ted is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in education.
