VP and Manager for Digital Innovation Capabilities
Miranda Hill is Vice President and Manager for Digital Innovation Capabilities in the Digital Channels Group. Her team is responsible for managing a portfolio of test and learn assets that enable product and technology teams to experiment with innovative solutions that re-imagine banking experiences for our customers.
The spectrum of Digital Innovation Capabilities ranges from conceptual demos, to proof of technology (R&D), to pilot testing for Team Members (iLabs.wellsfargo.com) and WF Customers (Labs.wellsfargo.com). A physical Multichannel Lab space serves as both a home base to develop multichannel experiences, and showcases innovations from across the WF enterprise.
Miranda started her Wells Fargo career as an Internet Business Consultant, where she rotated through a series of groups including Online Banking, Customer Experience and Insights, and Product Strategy. Upon completion of the one-year program, she led a team of product managers focused on prioritizing and supporting LOB initiatives through the Online Banking channel with projects such as Rewards Points in Secure Session and Credit Card Design Studio. A brief stint in a Business Development role enabled Miranda to hone her business discovery skill set, making sense of macro trends, customer insights, and business objectives, to develop points of view on product opportunities.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Miranda worked for PwC Consulting and IBM Consulting Services on a number of process improvement and strategic ebusiness initiatives.
