Greg Quinn

Border Customer Experience, Every Day Banking & Payments

TD Canada Trust

Over his 26 year career with TD, Greg has held progressively more senior positions across the bank in the Retail Banking, Finance, and Product groups in both Canada and the U.S.  In his current role, Greg leads TD’s Cross-Border Customer Experience Team—the group responsible for delivering a Legendary Customer Experience for Canadians with U.S. banking needs.


Greg has personal experience with the challenges associated with Cross-Border Banking having spent 5 years living and working in the U.S.  In fact, Greg was the first TD Leader to move to the U.S. when TD expanded into U.S. Retail Banking with the purchase of Banknorth in 2005.  Between 2005 and 2010, he built and led The Retail Sales Strategy Group for TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank.


Greg earned a B.Comm. from the University of British Columbia in 1991 and an MBA from Simon Fraser University in 1999. 


Greg is married to Carolyn and they share their lives with their daughter Darby and two dogs (Guinness and Murphy—both labs) and, somewhat reluctantly on Greg’s part, with a cat named Mufassa.
