Chantel S. Chase
Zions Bank’s Women’s Financial Group
Chantel S. Chase is a Vice President and the manager of Zions Bank’s Women’s Financial Group. She has worked in the banking industry since 1999. She originally started as a teller and has risen up through the ranks, holding various key positions in both private banking and at the branch level. Recently, Chantel was part of a team of prominent bankers at Zions Bank who were recognized in New York City for the third time by American Banker Magazine for their 2011, 2012 and 2013 Top Banking Team award! In 2012 she was recognized at the Davis Chamber’s annual gala with the Chamber Advocate award.
Chantel is an active member of the community and she has served as Chairman of both the Davis Chamber of Commerce Executive Board and their Board of Governors. Her past community involvement and participation includes: Bountiful Rotary, Bountiful Davis Arts Council, Davis Reads Advisory Board, the Davis County Commissioners Gala Committee, the Women in Business Board of Directors, as well as Children’s Justice Center Advisory and Friends Board. Chantel has been featured by the Standard Examiner in the “Hers” section and has also acted as a facilitator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. She was a weekly guest of Fox 13 television for “Your Money Monday”. Chantel has a long standing history of participating in many community events and outreach programs including, “Teach a Child to Save” and “Get Smart about credit” where she partners with local schools to teach the importance of financial education.
Chantel is married to Doug Chase, and is the proud mother of two very awesome boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing anywhere there is sunshine, reading, hiking and bicycling. She lives by the advice of Sir Winston Churchill who said, “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give”.
