For over 15 years, Ania Rodriguez has worked with Fortune 500 companies to help them define and optimize their customer experience strategy. As CEO of Key Lime Interactive, Ania manages high-performing global teams, client relationships, and oversees custom and syndicated research, including the popular Mobile Banking User Experience Report.

She is also co-founder of KLUE Labs, a mobile usability solution provider with breakthrough technology capable of running usability studies without a live moderator.

Ania speaks frequently at national conferences and serves as the Internet Technical Chair for the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. She is a Carnegie Mellon and University of Miami alumni and volunteers for Love in Action, a foster child non-profit organization in Miami.
