Anne Hubert is a Senior Vice President at Scratch, a division of Viacom Media Networks created to channel the power of Viacom in new ways. Scratch leverages the cultural force of Viacom and its brands to develop insights, strategy, products, original content and more. Anne joined Viacom in 2008, building the capabilities now housed in Scratch and today oversees strategy, cultural intelligence and all client engagements for the group.
Prior to Scratch, Anne worked in Development & Programming at MTV360 and led Integrated Programming at mtvU, MTV’s Emmy and Peabody award winning college network.
Before joining Viacom, Anne worked on Capitol Hill in the office of Jon S. Corzine, Senator from New Jersey, as a policy advisor covering a range of areas including technology, telecommunications, gun control, labor and the economy. She also spent time in management consulting at BCG and working in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in St. Louis, her hometown.
Anne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School and a BS in Symbolic Systems from Stanford. She serves on the executive board of Venture for America and calls New York her home.
