Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX)

A 20-year veteran of the merchant payments industry, Dodd Roberts is a member of the executive leadership team for the Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX), working with more than 30 national retailers in an unprecedented effort to bring a merchant- and consumer-friendly mobile-commerce platform to the marketplace.

Prior to MCX, he spent 14 years in various payment-industry posts. He’s also the former President and CEO of the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG). While leading the MAG, Dodd was a vocal advocate for merchants, representing the merchant community on several industry boards and committees.
