Kevin is a Managing Director and leads the Novantasís Distribution, Marketing and Sales Effectiveness IP development across business lines. He is a senior advisor to financial services executives on issues of business, distribution and marketing strategy, and has more than twenty years of bank management and consulting experience across strategic planning, customer relationship management, marketing, operations and risk management.

Today, Kevin leads Novantasí research around the rapidly changing customer behaviors and attitudes that underpin the effectiveness of the bank sales process, and leads major client strategy and transformation engagements designed to solve the distribution risks faced by banks.
