Peter A. Appello is National Sales Executive for Capital One Bankís Specialty Sales Organization, which includes Small Business Banking and Business Banking.

Born and raised on Long Island, Peter received his Bachelorís degree from Long IslandUniversity and his MBA from DowlingCollege. With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Peter has held various leadership positions with Bank of America, Fleet Financial and Citibank.

Peter leads a dedicated team of veteran, results-oriented bankers in growing business and delivering value through strategies centered on deepening customer relationships and strong, innovative products.

He is a former President of the Long Island Chapter of the Risk Management Association and has donated his time to several non-profit organizations, including Hospice Care Network, Arthritis Foundation and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

Peter resides in Merrick, New York, with his wife and children, and in his free time coaches baseball and basketball.
