As the Head of 1 to 1 Marketing for RBS Citizens, Pete is responsible for leveraging data to lead the Strategy and Execution of B2C & B2B new customer acquisition and existing customer relationship building initiatives across all channels in the Bank. In Pete’s 20 years of experience in Financial Services, he has previously worked for other Top 10 Retail Banks and Credit Card Monolines in various Marketing and Business Management roles. Pete holds an Economics degree from the University of Michigan and currently spends his free time volunteering and coaching youth sports in the Boston area where he lives with his wife and daughters.
