As the Founder and Managing Partner of cg42, Steve is responsible for developing the firm’s intellectual capital and leading the firm's major client relationships. This includes work in assessing the performance of brands, launching new technology-related services and new brands, re-positioning existing brands, developing brand portfolio/architecture strategies, and other new product/service development projects focused on driving the organic growth of the client's business.
Steve has 20 years of management consulting experience. Most recently, he was the Chief Strategy Officer for Organic, a leading Digital Agency. Prior to Organic, he was the Co-CEO and Chief Strategy Officer of FutureBrand, a leading global Brand Consultancy. He has also held leadership positions at both Marketing Corporation of America and Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting focused primarily on the high technology, telecommunications, financial services, professional services, and consumer electronics industries. His specialties include growth strategy, corporate and brand strategy, brand architecture and management, channel strategy, marketing strategy, new product development, scenario planning, and digital strategy.
Steve has helped the senior executive teams of many world-class companies successfully address their most pressing marketing challenges. Client relationships have included: AT&T, Bank of America, Wachovia, American Express, Citibank, Microsoft, IBM, MasterCard Worldwide, GE, Intel, RSM McGladrey, Northrop Grumman, Mitsubishi, Nestle, and many others.
