Susan Ehrlich, Financial Services


Susan Ehrlich joined H&R Block in November 2011 as President of H&R Block Financial Services. In this new role, she leads the company's efforts to grow its H&R Block Emerald Prepaid MasterCard program and all other forms of financial services offered to its retail and digital tax clients. In addition, she has direct oversight of H&R Block Bank of which she is also a Board member. Ehrlich joined H&R Block after a 20 year career in key leadership roles developing and delivering payment and credit solutions for JP Morgan Chase, Sears Financial Services, WaMu Card Services (Providian Financial), and Citibank. Ehrlich has been recognized three times by American Banker magazine as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance. She serves on the board of the Center for Financial Services Innovation, the nation's leading authority on financial services for underbanked consumers, and served on the Federal Reserve's Consumer Advisory Council until June 2011. An avid golfer, traveler, and wine enthusiast, Susan enjoys spending time in the Bay Area's not home watching Top Chef!
