Strategic Consultant and Principal
Teresa J. Tschida is a Strategic Consultant for Gallup. Tschida specializes in using customer and employee engagement, talent-based selection, strengths-based development, and change management to effect comprehensive organizational improvement. She provides industry expertise to financial service clients to help them achieve strategic growth and market leadership position.
Prior to her role as Strategic Consultant, Tschida was the Global Practice Leader, Financial Services. She speaks frequently at industry conferences and is a contributing author for various industry trades, as well as the Gallup Management Journal.
Tschida has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Prior to joining Gallup, she worked as a market president in retail banking at one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States. In addition to retail banking, Tschida led regional business development teams that focused on building the companyís membership banking business and third-party mortgage brokers. Prior to that, she served as call center manager for a financial services company.
Tschida received her bachelorís degree in business with an emphasis in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She received a masterís degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
