This session will delve into ways that credit providers can creatively meet the needs of their small business customers as the economy improves. Small business will need capital and our speakers will address way that banks might be able to meet those growing needs, including second look protocols. What type of deeper analysis can we be doing to help our good customers who are under stress?
If small business continue to have difficulty in obtaining debt financing, will the SBA and other government programs fill that need? Hear how banks are taking advantage of government- sponsored lending programs as several of these try to move upmarket.
Banks have a wealth of data available to them on their small business customers. This session will look at some of the ways you can utilize this data to not only improve the performance of your portfolio, but find those areas where you can place emphasis for growth. How have credit and behavioral scoring evolved to accomplish this?
The key to helping our customers and at the same time keeping losses to a minimum is an effective early warning system combined with a well-define loss mitigating process. This session will address some of the leading efforts to assist both our customers and our institutions.
