As mobile becomes a strategic investment for all banks, they are increasingly also trying to define a singular brand for all their customers beyond just the retail consumer. This includes targeting the more profitable and revenue generating commercial clients that expect more secure and optimized experience across multiple channels that meets that business critical needs.
