KEYNOTE ADDRESS: REPOSITIONING BANK OF AMERICA FOR THE “HUMAN ERA”

Meredith Verdone, SVP, Enterprise Marketing & Market President Executive, BANK OF AMERICA

Over the last several years, the financial services industry, and institutions overall, have seen a significant decline in trust.  A long-term transition – one we describe as moving from the "Institutional Era" to the "Human Era" – necessitates new strategies for connecting at eye-level and building trusted, ongoing relationships with customers and clients.

Meredith Verdone, senior vice president and brand, advertising and research executive at Bank of America, has played an integral role in helping the company rebuild its reputation coming out of the financial crisis.  She’ll discuss the company’s transformation strategy – both internal and external – and how they are thinking differently to thrive in the Human Era.
