In an increasingly on-line world, in-store and "alternative branches" give banks a chance to differentiate themselves with personal interaction and face-to face marketing.  In-store branches are becoming the human interfaces of an on-line industry.

US Bank has built the largest in-store branch channel in the world and continues to show the industry that these “small” branches can produce big results.  Over the last three years, US Bank has placed increased focus and resources into growing its Small Business customer base within its in-store channel.  Their strategies and results are impressive and instructive and will be shared in this case study.
