  • 50 word company description including corporate address, contact's phone, email and website address.
  • High-resolution vector logo (300 dpi or higher) saved in .eps format. NOTE: Logos submitted in .tif, .gif, .jpg or .bmp are unacceptable for usage. Submit via email to Melissa.Vasquez@sourcemedia.com
9/10/10 Staff Registration forms due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.
8/31/10 Freeman warehouse shipping begins
Onsite orders are marked up an additional 30%. Material arriving after September 23 will incur an additional after deadline charge

Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be open. All catered functions except lunch will be held in the hall.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $995 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, September 10, 2010.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Westin Galleria Dallas at a special discounted rate of *$149 single/double occupancy (*not including taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 1-888-627-8536 and request a room in the 2nd Annual Bank Board Symposium room block or via the personalized hotel website. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is September 7. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Tuesday, August 31 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Thursday, September 23. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.

Due to limited storage space at the hotel, all materials should be shipped to Freeman's warehouse. If you have any concerns about shipping your materials to the warehouse, contact Melissa Vasquez.
