Ronald Balmer, Principal, joined the Firm in 2006 and is a recognized expert in the fields of Customer and Employee Loyalty. Ron has led customer and employee loyalty initiatives at dozens of organizations, including Federal Express, The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Mars, Wachovia, Bank of America, Eastman, and MCI/Verizon. Prior to joining the Firm, Ron was a Managing Partner at The Gallup Organization.
Between his time at Chase and Citi, Shanan has 15 years of consumer risk management experience primarily in new account acquisitions and loss mitigation programs. Since 2009, he has been focused on capital management information systems including credit, operational, and counterparty risk and is currently with Morgan Stanley.
Shanan holds Bachelors' in Philosophy and Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Managing Director, Financial Markets
Glenn Hudock is a Managing Director of Business Development with Acxiom Corporation. In this role, Glenn leads a team of marketing specialists who assist their clients in achieving their marketing objectives. Glenn brings over 22 years of financial services experience to this role, having served as SVP of Financial Markets at Harte-Hanks along with various client leadership roles at Fair Isaac and Experian prior to joining Acxiom.
During his career, Glenn has helped clients design and implement various multi-channel marketing programs supporting both customer acquisition and customer growth strategies. His client roster includes RBS Citizens Bank, First National Bank of Omaha, Sallie Mae, BBVA Compass Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Nationwide Advantage Mortgage, and PNC Bank. In addition to his financial work, Glenn has worked with Comcast, Green Mountain Energy and Florida Power and Light, supporting their customer growth strategies. Glenn has spoken at various conference events and has hosted a number of web conferences. He received his bachelors degree in Finance from Penn State University and his MBA from Temple University.

Omer leads Deloittes Analytics and Information Management practice for Financial Services in the U.S. He has over 15+ years of IT experience, with a primary focus in enterprise information management (EIM), master data management, business intelligence and data warehousing.
Omer has developed and led Financial Services EIM practices in key consulting firms as he assisted and advised clients in information management initiatives. He is considered a thought leader on the role of data and information management in financial services and has been published on topics such as boosting performance in banking with analytics, how performance analytics can change the game in banking and how business intelligence can enhance performance in insurance. During his career, Omer has served in honorary designations such as deputy CTO of a major software company and a member of the IBM WebSphere Advisory Council. He also led a large consulting organizations assets and strategy efforts related to financial services information management, portals and custom architectures and has patents pending related to loan modification and workout assistance offerings.
He has presented at a variety of information management forums, including FS CIO Summit, DCI Leadership Series and SAS, SAP Business Objects, IBM, BEA and HP Executive forums.
Clients include several of the top 10 U.S. and Canadian banks, federal regulatory institutions, credit bureaus, leading investment banks, brokerage houses and stock exchanges.

Charlotte is a SVP & Regional Head of Retail Banking & Wealth Management Analytics CoE of HSBC, with expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, and Products & Partnerships Development. In the past 14 years, she has worked in different countries, regional and global roles in Banking & Financial Service industry.
She has a M.A. from Northwestern University, and a B.A. from NYU.

Dana Wiklund has twenty five years of experience in the financial services industry, successfully developing and deploying risk assessment, business intelligence and marketing solutions. Experienced in risk, response, revenue and attrition modeling, credit policy, and model risk management issues. Creative leader with demonstrated leadership experience, strong business development, analytical, new product innovation and presentation skills. Dana currently oversees TD Bank's Basel II Retail Analytics and Compliance processes.
Dana holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in management, finance and economics.
