  • 50 word company description including corporate mailing and web addresses, contact's name, phone and email that will be listed in the conference manual

  • Vector logo saved in .eps or Illustrator format. NOTE: Logos submitted .tif, .gif, .jpg or .bmp are unacceptable for use. Submit via email to Petrina Hicks.
9/19/14 Conference Manual Ads
Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" trim in margins. E-mail the ad to Petrina Hicks.

This is a tabletop exhibit area. The exhibit hall will be located in the Galerie 4-6 Foyer. All table exhibitors will be provided with:

  • One 6ft draped display table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 waste basket

Please use the PSAV order form to order Internet and electrical services for your exhibitor table. Please use the AV Guys order form to order screens and other equipment.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Register your team by September 22, 2014.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

SourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at the New Orleans Marriott exclusively for attendees of the Banking Analytics Symposium. Please be sure to book your room by September 24, 2014 via this reservation link for the special group rate of $180/night + tax. Rooms will be available on a first come first served basis.
