Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Register your team by May 25, 2015.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Austin at a special discounted rate at $239.00 (excluding taxes and resort fees). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 1-800-HILTONS and request a room in the Digital Banking Summit room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is May 17, 2015. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning May 11, 2015 at the Warehouse address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by June 1, 2015.

Freeman will receive shipments at the Hilton Austin beginning June 08, 2015. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the Hilton Austin. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the hotel may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors. Refer to the Material Handling form for charges for this service.
