  • 50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address that will be listed in the conference manual

5/21/2010 Conference Manual Ads
Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design.

Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Info

All exhibitors will be provided with a draped 6'x30" table, 2 chairs and wastebasket

Any onsite connections and services for your table top display can be arranged directly with the audiovisual department (PSAV) at the Roosevelt Hotel. Please complete the EXHIBITOR ORDER FORM and then fax back along with your payment information.

The exhibit area will be located in the PALM ROOM on the lobby level of the hotel.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, May 28, 2010.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

SourceMedia has contracted a block of rooms with the Roosevelt Hotel at a special discounted rate of $249. Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. When calling the hotel to book your reservations, be sure to ask for the SourceMedia room block or CODE CDISJ1. Reservations can be made by call (888) 833-3969 from 8am-8pm EST. Please be sure to book your room by Thursday, May 20, to ensure you will receive the conference group rate.

All shipments will be received in the package room of the Roosevelt Hotel, located at the 70 Vanderbilt Avenue entrance (between 45th & 46th Streets).

Please note that parcels are accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the event dates.

You will need to complete the hotel's EXHIBITOR ORDER FORM to arrange for payment of any handling charges (usually $10 -$20 per box) for any packages received at the venue.

Please keep in mind that all exhibitor materials being carried into the hotel, must still be brought in through the service entrance at 70 Vanderbilt Avenue.
