Jeff KnottDear Colleague:

I hope you’ll join me and our colleagues at eSignRecords2014, the world’s premiere event on all issues surrounding electronic records and signatures. This annual conference, hosted by the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA), serves as a platform to advance e-signed record best practices by sharing common goals, objective ideas, strategies and current trends. eSignRecords2014 will be held in New York City on November 12 – 13, 2014.

I was first introduced to ESRA by an industry colleague several years ago when invited to attend a conference in Washington, D.C. During this event I witnessed first-hand how ESRA fulfills its mission to lead endeavors to advocate the use of electronic signatures and records, promote process efficiencies and provide educational resources to the public, businesses and government. I am an active member of the organization and am proud to be the eSignRecords2014 Chairman for this year’s event.

eSignRecords2014, formerly the E-Signatures Conference,is a forum for professionals to exchange expertise with colleagues from around the world and build connections. With the leadership of the ESRA Executive Board and Conference Committee, we are putting together an exciting agenda for this year’s event that will:

  • Expand conversations around the value, operational efficiencies and compliance benefits for consumers, businesses and government agencies using electronic signature and records;
  • Illustrate how emerging or re-imaged industries can learn from the similar challenges, technology applications and data advancement of other industries to enhance its processes; and
  • Better depict today’s consumers, their expectations for customer service, transparency and security. Additionally, focus on how these factors are driven by technology and using tools such as e-signatures and e-records.

Held over a day and half, the eSignRecords2014 conference sessions will provide insight into emerging technologies, consumer engagement, current industry practices, legal and regulatory matters, along with current government trends. It kicks off on Wednesday afternoon and concludes following a full day on Thursday. An optional, pre-conference workshop will also be held on Wednesday morning, offering an in-depth overview of e-signed records.

We look forward to welcoming you to New York, shaping the future of eSignRecords together. Last year’s event sold out early, so please consider registering soon to ensure your participation.
