For each of the conference-related registration items below, please select the appropriate rate for each activity. We reserve the right to verify your company status and adjust your registration if necessary.
ESRA MEMBERSHIP (Special Offer for Non-Members; Optional)
If you apply for ESRA membership today, by selecting to include the annual organizational fee below, you and your associates can immediately qualify for the various member benefits offered during the eSignRecords2014 registration process. ESRA members are eligible to receive a reduced conference rate, complimentary pre-conference workshop attendance, and discounted sponsorship/exhibitor rates.
Membership in ESRA is open to all types of organizations and trade associations. Annual fees for general membership are $2,500 per organization; there are no other fees for membership. Each membership application will be reviewed by ESRA's membership committee for final review and approval.
Delegates have access to all Keynote Sessions, all General Sessions, the Exhibition, the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 12 November, presentations online post-Conference and on-site welcome packet.
BOOT CAMP (optional):
To register to attend this optional half day session, you need to be registered for eSignRecords2014. Boot Camp participants will have access to the pre-conference sessions on special luncheon on Wednesday before the conference opens. ESRA members receive complimentary admittance to this optional activity; however enrollment is still required if planning to attend.
BROADWAY THEATER EVENT (optional):
On Thursday evening, following the conclusion of the conference, A Wicked Evening on Broadway has been arranged at the historic Gershwin Theater. The event package includes (a) a private, pre-performance reception; (b) premium orchestra seating for 8pm Broadway performance; and (c) a specially arranged up-close and personal, moderated talkback with select members of the Wicked cast. This will be an incredible experience with memories that will last a lifetime! Participation is optional, and additional tickets may be purchased for guests.
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Registration fees include all meals, refreshment breaks, receptions and a copy of the conference workbook. In order to receive early bird discounts, special rates or promotions, full payment must be made prior to the offer expiration date. Any registration not paid in full at that time of offer expiration date will be subject to the current rate. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to the event or your registration will automatically be cancelled. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed.
Substitutions and Cancellations:
Substitutions may be sent at any time. No refunds or letters of credit are available later than the event Cut Off Date (14 Days prior to start date). All cancellations must be made in writing, submitted within 90 days prior to the Cut Off Date of the event and will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% off the registration fee or a Letter of Credit which will cause forfeiture of the entire registration fee but allow one admittance to a future SourceMedia event to be used in the same year. No refunds will be issued on any Exhibit Hall Only passes.
SourceMedia reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. SourceMedia reserves the right to replace or cancel speakers or make any other changes to the agenda without notice. All information is subject to change.
