Please note that any members of your company participating as speakers on the agenda are automatically registered for all functions and sessions of the event. Please try to have staff names registered for the event by July 7in order for those individuals to appear on the pre-show attendee list. (If needed, you can include the following, unless it already appears on the click thru page for registration instructions) PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member. |

Booth spaces will be provided with 8 high back draping, 3 high side draping and a 7x44 exhibitor ID sign to be hung from the back drape. Drape colors are blue & gray.

Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by July 7, 2010.

Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Westin Galleria Dallas at a special discounted rate of $129 (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at (972) 934-9494 and request a room in the SourceMedia/Best Practices in Loss Mitigation room block.
You can also reserve your room via the Westin Galleria online link, which will automatically apply the conference rate to your dates booked at the hotel. Please go to the above link for the conference HOTEL / TRAVEL page to access the Westin Gallerias dedicated reservations site.
Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is July 7, 2010. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at the above address. Material arriving after July 16, 2010 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
