Learn how to transform your organization to a mobile-first organization with the agility to rapidly develop engaging and innovative offerings to leapfrog your competition.
This workshop will cover:
- Strategies for getting to market faster across multiple channels with rapid releases
- Managing risk and innovation
- Developing mobile reference architecture
- Transforming web services
- Retraining development and testing organizations
Workshop Leader: David Eads, Founder & CEO, Mobile Strategy Partners LLC
Workshop B:
Mobile Consumers- Who They Are, What they Do and How They Want to Pay
Banks and other traditional financial services institutions are aware they need mobile solutions to keep up, and yet they have little access to information about the consumer and the mobile value proposition for the customer. Without this knowledge, keeping the relationship with the customer and remaining involved in the transaction for the bank will become increasingly challenging.
This workshop is designed to walk attendees through mobile shopping trends, research on consumer expectations, demographics, and an analysis on why these trends matter and the implications for both retailers and banks. This workshop will involve small group brainstorming sessions in which attendees are invited to discuss, learn and analyze:
- The difference between mobile users and mobile shoppers
- How this information can help financial institutions understand how to remain involved in the payment transaction
- How retailers are leveraging the strength of mobile shoppers, and what FIs can learn from this
Workshop Leader: Joanna Livadas, CMO, PaidPiper
