4/15/13	Company Logo Vector logo saved in .eps or Illustrator format. NOTE: Logos submitted .tif, .gif, .jpg or .bmp are unacceptable for use. Submit via email to Crystal Smith.
4/29/13	Conference Manual Ads Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" trim in margins. E-mail the ad to Crystal Smith or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Patrice's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.
4/29/13	Staff Registration Forms Due Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Intercontinental Miami at a special discounted rate at $209.00 (excluding taxes and resort fees). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 1-305-577-1000 or 1-800-496-7621 and request a room in the 7th Annual Mobile Banking Commerce Summit room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is Friday, May 10, 2013. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
