Company Description and Logo
  • a 50-word company description—including the company address, key contact, phone, email and website address—to be included in the Sponsor Profiles section of the conference workbook.
  • a company logo in EPS (or high-resolution jpeg) format to use for the event signage and Sponsor Profiles section of the conference workbook
  • Please submit by your logo as soon as possible, and your description by Wednesday, March 17 via email to sponsorprofile@sourcemedia.com

    NOTE: if you would like us to use materials already submitted for a previous conference, please advise and the conference operations manager will pull from the digital files, if available.

Please note that any members of your company participating as speakers on the agenda are automatically registered for all functions and sessions of the event.

Please try to have staff names registered for the event by Monday, March 22 in order for those individuals to appear on the pre-show attendee list.

Please refer to the FREEMAN EXHIBITOR KIT for general show information, shipping directions and instructions for placing any onsite connection orders for your booth. You can also view the interactive kit here.

Booth spaces will be provided with 8’ high back draping, 3’ high side draping and a 7”x44” exhibitor ID sign to be hung from the back drape. Drape colors are blue & gray.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by March 22, 2010.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Westin Galleria Dallas at a special discounted rate of $149 (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at (972) 934-9494 and request a room in the Conference room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is March 15, 2010. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Thursday, March 11, 2010, at the above address. Material arriving after April 05, 2010 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, April 08, 2010. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the facility may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors.
