Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. E-mail the ad to Sorah Choi.

Freeman is the official decorating company for Retail Banking 2015. All services should be placed four weeks prior to the conference. Please refer to the FREEMAN EXHIBITOR KIT. Chairs/Table NOT included. Must order through Freeman, if desired.

Below are our dedicated hall hours. During non-dedicated hours, while attendees are in session, the hall will remain open but traffic may be light and you are not required to have a staff member at your booth. The exhibit hall hours are subject to revision at any time.

To register your staff attending the conference, please go to the Online Sponsor Staff Registration Link below. Please refer to your contract regarding your comp staff pass allotment.
Please register all staff members by Friday, February 20, 2015.
NOTE: If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional pass will be charged at the exhibitor upgrade rate.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
