Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by February 21, 2011.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach at a special discounted rate of $269 (excluding taxes and $12.95 resort fee per day). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 1-800-548-8886 and request a room in the Retail Financial Services Conference room block (reference booking code: SMED0311). Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is February 11. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Friday, February 11th, 2011 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Tuesday, March 1st, 2011. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.
Due to limited storage space at the hotel, all materials should be shipped to Freeman's warehouse. If you have any concerns about shipping your materials to the warehouse, contact Patrice Deza - Castillo.
