I had a small introduction with BSA-AML at a high level at a major former bank years ago. There were no systems or processes and no training. this cannot be allowed to go on it is too important and what I say personally in one bank much higher than anything in the news. The employees that got into it with no tools, training or systems and could see what was happening would need to be described as having PSTD. This needs re-engineered and standardized in all banks no exceptions it is to important.
