Lynch Takes Over At Regency Savings

Thomas G. Lynch has joined Regency Savings Bank, Naperville, Ill., as president and chief executive officer, succeeding Gerald K. Rogers, who retired.

Mr. Lynch had been president and chief operating officer of First Community Bancorp., a Rockford, Ill., bank holding company with $750 million in assets. Before that, he was executive vice president for retail banking at for Bright Banc in Dallas, with responsibility for 44 branches statewide. Earlier, he had been senior vice president of Harris Trust and Savings Bank, Chicago, directing all domestic and international operations.

Mr. Lynch is a former chairman of the operations and technology committee of the American Bankers Association.
