Midlantic Names Two Senior Vice Presidents
Joseph H. Kott was appointed senior vice president and general counsel of Midlantic Corp., Edison, N.J., and Paul J. Bochicchio was named senior vice president and secretary.
Mr. Kott, 43, is joining Midlantic after 15 years at the law firm of Pitney, Hardin, Kipp & Szuch, Florham Park, N.J.
Mr. Bochicchio, 43, joined Midlantic in 1978 as an assistant vice president, deputy general counsel, and assistant secretary. He remains deputy general counsel.
