Professional Bancorp Trades on the AMEX
NEW YORK -- The stock of Professional Bancorp, Santa Monica, Calif., has begun trading on the American Stock Exchange after trading previously on the Nasdaq system.
Under ticker symbol MDB, the stock opened Tuesday on a 1,200-share transaction at $7.50 each.
Professional Bancorp is the parent of First Professional Bank, which has $160 million in assets and serves health care providers in several California cities.
The parent reported unaudited net income of $788,000.
