State Treasurer Mary Ellen Withrow declared last week's sale of the state's first college saver bonds "a wonderful success," and said the state would issue more of the bonds in the future.

In a press release, Ms. Withrow said she would continue to work with the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority to issue college saver bonds, with the next issue tentatively scheduled for October 1992.

Last week's sale of $40 million of college saver bonds was part of a $120 million general obligation infrastructure improvement bond issue
