First Savings Bank, Clovis, N.M., has appointed Ken Huey Jr. president, chief executive officer, and a director. He has been a vice president of First National Bank of Clovis and Western Bank of Clovis.
Mr. Huey succeeds James F. Gibson, who resigned in April.
