Affiliated Bankshares of Colorado, Denver, said chairman Ron Moore will assume the additional posts of president and chief executive officer on Jan. 1.
Mr. Moore will succeed Kent Olin, who will become vice chairman and continue as a director.
Mr. Moore joined Affiliated Bankshares in 1986.
