College Construction Loan Insurance Association has promoted Niesa Brateman Halpern to senior vice president of strategic planning and development and Charles M. Partridge to first vice president, controller, and treasurer.
Ms. Halpern, who also directs corporate communications, came to Connie Lee from Student Loan Marketing Association. She was director of long-range planning and research at Sallie Mae, which owns 35% of Connie Lee.
Mr. Partridge joined Connie Lee earlier this year from bond insurer AMBAC Indemnity Corp. While at AMBAC, he was vice president and assistant controller
