Frank L. Newburger, a specialist in health-care finance, has been named counsel at the law firm of Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll.
He will practice in the public finance department of the firm's Philadelphia office, with an emphasis on health-care issuers.
Mr. Newburger received his law degree from Cornell University in 1976 and is a member of the Pennsylvania bar. Among his many activities, Mr. Newburger is a trustee for the Abington Memorial Health Care Corp. in Pennsylvania.
