Corp. traded down slightly Monday on very light volume. The 10.5% subordinated notes due in 2001 were bid at 10 cents on the dollar, down from 15 cents on the dollar late last week. But almost no trades were executed despite reports Southeast has been borrowing at the discount window of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
