Antonini to Be CEO At USAA Federal
Jack M. Antonini will become president and chief executive of USAA Federal Savings Bank, San Antonio, on Sept. 1, replacing Charles E. Bishop, who has held the office since July 1988.
Mr. Antonini has been executive vice president, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer since June 1987.
Mr. Bishop will head the recently reorganized operations and claims functions of USAA's property and casualty division.
