Mott Joining Oneida Valley As President
John C. Mott will become president and a director of Oneida Valley National Bank, Oneida, N.Y., on Sunday.
He assumes the presidency from Robert H. Fearon Jr., who is relinquishing that post while remaining chairman and chief executive.
Mr. Mott comes to Oneida Valley National Bank with 30 years of banking experience in the Syracuse area. He had been senior vice president-loan credit administration division at Merchants National Bank and Trust Company of Syracuse.
