Training Your Employees in the Video Age

For some people, the term "employment training session" can very often conjure up images of long, boring lectures. Thanks to technology, an alternative is available.

The Bank Administration Institute has introduced videos to prepare entry level employees for the work force.

Today, about 350 banks - including Chase Manhattan, Norwest, and Security Pacific - are members of the video library service.

The training videos cover such subjects as an overview of the banking industry, essentials of professionalism, and banking etiquette. There are also videos directed to each specific player in the bank.
