Washington Trust Co., Westerly, R.I., has appointed B. Michael Rauh Jr. as vice president-marketing. He will have bankwide responsiblity for advertising, public relations, customer service, and product development.
Mr. Rauh had been executive vice president of Providence-based Chaffee Case & Partners, an advertising and public relations agency.
