Cupertino National Bank, Cupertino, Calif., said Richard D. Cerkleski has joined in the new position of vice president of corporate marketing. He is responsible for new-business development of middle-market companies in the Santa Clara Valley.
He previously held the position of vice president of corporate marketing with both Silicon Valley Bank, Santa Clara, and Plaza Bank of Commerce, San Jose.
