Ohio Fed chief says low rates may cut deficit.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The U.S. budget deficit could shrink by 1995 without any policy changes, partly because of lower interest rates, said Jerry Jordan, president of the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank.
