Barclays buys software for funds transfer.

Barclays Bank, London, has purchased mainframe software from CCN Management Systems, Orlando, to process its international fund transfers. The software, called Transaction Management Systems (TRAMS), will help process international direct debits in a variety of currencies and languages. Contract value was $300,000 to $400,000.
