KENNEDY-WILSON INC., Santa Monica, Calif., a leading real estate auction and marketing firm, named Nancy D. Celick chief financial officer, replacing William K. McKay.
The company said Mr. McKay resigned to pursue other business interests.
Ms. Celick, currently executive vice president and chief financial officer of First National Corp. and First National Bank, San Diego, will assume her new responsibilities Nov. 1.
Mr. McKay will continue to consult with Kennedy-Wilson for three months.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
